Diane understands the importance of learning about the needs of clients and managing expectations in order to attain mutual goals.

Diane has over 10 years experience in consumer products sales where she was a Key Account Sales Manager with a major consumer products manufacturer.  She successfully managed the selling and placement of her products at some of the Northeast"s largest drug and mass merchant retailers.  In this intensely competitive market Diane learned the importance of learning the needs and expectations of her clients and assisting in attaining mutual goals.  Here she learned the importance of being empathetic to the demands that were being put on her clients (profit margins, logistics, time and space, etc.) so that achieving true customer satisfaction was both recognizable and achieved.

Most recently Diane has been a stay-at-home mom.  During this time she spent a great deal of time volunteering for various organizations so as to help local youth excel.  She has held leadership positions within several local associations/clubs and has worked directly with children in a teaching capacity.  Ultimately, these learned experiences combined with her innate people skills have enabled her to become uniquely capable of truly understanding SoundBoard clients' needs.
