Jay Wolf
Leadership development and working toward peak performance are what Jay is extensively trained and impassioned to do for his clients.
Jay has been an Executive Coach/Consultant in the Executive Services Practice of Hay Group. He is certified in BEI Interviewing, ECI Styles and Climate. Jay specializes in leadership development and the coaching of executives and "high-potentials" in peak performance. Trained and certified as a master coach by New York University, Jay has worked as a peak performance coach at The Center for Enhanced Performance at The United States Military Academy at West Point.
Before joining Hay Group, Jay was a senior executive at Steiner Sports Marketing, where he was Vice President of Operations. Before that, he was a senior executive at Atlite Lighting; a division of Cooper Industries. He was responsible for Operations, Human Capital Development, and Coaching Programs. Earlier in his career, Jay wrote a number of comedy and dramatic scripts for various television shows. Jay was the founder and CEO of Connxtion Golf, a golf company specializing in individual and group instruction. As an independent master coach, Jay has coached executives in the sports, manufacturing, entertainment, and family owned business industries.
Jay has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with an area of concentration in Television Production and Directing from City University of New York at Queens College. He earned his Graduate Masters Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching from New York University. Jay is an active member of the Professional Golf Association and the New York Road Runners Club. He excels at leveraging his sports background to coach executives to achieve peak performance.
